Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions by using the rear-off portion of their last prescription. Simply tick the items required and forward it to the surgery.

Alternatively you can register for our online services and then access the online repeat prescription system via the link at the top of this page.

You will need to contact the surgery and ask for login details. You can either do this in person at the reception desk, or by sending a request in writing. If you enclose a stamped envelope, we will post the log-in details to you.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and  five working days if collecting from your pharmacy. Please remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
